Geosynthetics

Geosynthetics are a class of building materials for creation of additional layers of various application (reinforcing, drainage, protective, filtering, waterproof and heat-sealing layers) comprising the following groups of materials: geotextiles, geogrids, geocomposites, geocoats, geomembranes, geoplates and geoelements.

Geosynthetics

Geosynthetics are currently used in a vast number of projects. The reasons for that are based on the two main factors:

  • the economic factor: application of geosynthetics allows to essentially decrease investments in building;
  • the environmental factor: use of Geosynthetics is environmentally friendly: consumption of natural materials is reduced and volumes of preliminary geotechnical works are decreased.
Geogrid SSNP-Highway

Geogrid SSNP-Highway

Geogrids IYSGFG-Highway consist of two systems of rovings or complex yarns sewn together with a third (sewing) yarn and impregnated with complex mixtures based on binding latexes having a good adhesion with bituminiferous materials (asphalts).

Geogrid SSP-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

Geogrid SSP-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

Geogrids IGFG-Neftegas-GRUNTSET are glass-fibre grids manufactured by crossweave of the warp and the weft impregnated with a latex-based binding substance.

Geogrid SSNP-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

Geogrid SSNP-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

Geogrids IYSGFG-Neftegas-GRUNTSET consist of two systems of rovings or complex yarns sewn together with a third (sewing) yarn and impregnated with complex polymer mixtures based on binding latexes.

Geogrid PS-Poliset

Geogrid PS-Poliset

Geogrids PG-Poliset are polymer grids consisting of two systems of polymer yarns knit together by a third knitting polymer yarn. Impregnation is done with binding substances on the basis of polyvinylchlorides.

Geomat MT-EXTRAMAT

Geomat MT-EXTRAMAT

Geomats TDM-EXTRAMAT (“TDM” means “a three-dimensional mat”) are three-dimensional water-permeable random structures made of polymer materials thermically joined together.

Geomat MTK-EXTRAMAT

Geomat MTK-EXTRAMAT

Geomat TDCGM-EXTRAMAT (“TDCGM” means “a three-dimensional composite geomat”) is made of a geomat TDM and polymer geogrid PG by cross-linking, adhesive bonding and thermal bonding.

Geomat MTD-EXTRAMAT

Geomat MTD-EXTRAMAT

Geomat TDDGM-EXTRAMAT (“TDDGM” means “a three-dimensional drainage geomat”) is made of geomat TDM and one or two layers of a nonwoven synthetic fabric by cross-linking, adhesive bonding and thermal bonding.
