The glass-fibre roofing fabric EXTROOF of the type ITGFF (impregnated texturised glass-fibre fabric) is made of texturised glass-fibre yarns impregnated with polymer binding substances and is intended for reinforcing of roofing materials and other similar purposes.

Properties of Glass-Fibre Roofing Fabric EXTROOF:

  • strength;
  • steadiness of the dimensions in processing and during operation (the fabric is manufactured with a leno selvage by linen weave);
  • stiffness – for retention of the shape of the finished material during transportation and storage (the fabric is impregnated with a mixture giving it a frame structure);
  • biostability and water-resistance;
  • a satisfactory impregnability and adhesion with bituminous binding substances (the fabric is manufactured from complex glass-fibre cable yarns in the warp and texturised glass-fibre yarns in the weft);
  • occupancy (integrity) of the structure;
  • the glass-fibre fabric is not combustible and it does not decay.
