  • Polyester DMC premix (thermosetting polyester molding material) is a semi-finished product for manufacturing articles out of disperse-filled polymer composites. The product is a doughlike mixture of liquid thermoreactive binder, chopped fibre, mineral disperse filler, and various additives. Details made of DMC premixes are used at temperatures ranging from -60°С to +130°С.

  • Typical application:

    • DМС-10-РКМ – encapsulation for solenoids and reprocessing to engineering-, electrotechnical- and general technical purpose articles (compression and injection molding)

    • DМС-18-Т – electrotechnical purpose articles with complex contour, variation in thickness and thin walls (1-2 mm thick) (compression and injection molding)

    • DМС-20-РМ - engineering-, electrotechnical-, and general-technical purpose articles (compression and injection molding)

    • DМС-20-ОРМТ, DМС-30-ОРМТ - engineering-, electrotechnical-, and general-technical-purpose lowered-flammabilty articles, tropical resistance version (compression moulding)

    • DМС-20-ОРМА – reprocessing to fireproof articles with lowered insulation resistance (Ps) max 109 Оhm for engineering and electrotechnical purposes

    • DМС-20-ОХ – manufacturing fireproof articles with increased chemical resistance to corrosive media for engineering-, electrotechnical-, and general technical purposes (compression moulding).

    • DМС-30-В – reprocessing to increased-strength articles for engineering-, electrotechnical- and general technical purposes (compression moulding).
