  • HIGHWAY geogrids are two systems of yarns inteknit with a third one, a knitting yarn, and impregnated with polymer dispersions.

    The geogrids may be made of glass, polyester or basalt yarns.

  • Typical application:

    As a reinforcing interlayer to increase rated performance of asphalt-concrete layers in road dressing, for the purpose of decelerating generation, evolution and extension of cracks.

    The grids obstruct evolution of rutting and generation of bloats and shifts on pavement, extend service life and performance figures of pavement.

    • the geogrids are impregnated with complex bituminous-polymer compaunds to improve adhesive behavior,
    • the grids are manufactured using European equipment.
