Motor Roads Building

Motor Roads Building is a building branch concerning design, building, repairs and maintenance of motor roads, approach roads and urban streets. The term “Motor Roads Building”, as a rule, includes management, organisation of work and supervision over the state of roads, equipment and technique necessary for road-building.

      A motor road means a long high-quality and high-capacity road. Streets and approach roads are local roads providing approach to motor roads.

Geogrids IYSGFG-Highway

These geogrids perform a reinforcing function and are used in layers of asphalt concrete surfacing for improvement of transport and operating indicators of roads, for extension of their life and retardation of appearance of different defects on the surfacing (cracks, corrugations, ruttiness, etc.).


 

Geogrids IGFG-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

These geogrids are used as a separation (reinforcing) interlayer excluding (reducing) interpenetration of materials of neighbouring layers, improving conditions of deposition and compacting of the mound, which facilitates construction practice and reduces loss of deposed soil.


 

Geogrids IYSGFG-Neftegas-GRUNTSET

These geogrids are used in dirt constructions on weak bases as a reinforcing interlayer ensuring general stability of the mound. They allow to reduce the required volume of the applied materials and decrease variations of settlement reducing ruttiness from traffic circulation and creating favourable conditions for compacting of the lower layers of the mound.


 

Geogrids PG-Poliset

Geogrids PG-Poliset are polymer grids consisting of two systems of polymer yarns knit together by a third knitting polymer yarn. Impregnation is done with binding substances on the basis of polyvinylchlorides.
These geogrids are used as a reinforcing (separation) interlayer under the bearing course of the subbase of road pavement made of a granular material (crushed rock or gravel). Application of a reinforcing (separation) interlayer allows to prolong the life of the construction, to increase its shear resistance and serviceability, to reduce the thickness of the layers, to prevent rutting, to significantly decrease penetration of the granular material of the subbase into the underlying dirt layer, both during building and during operation.


 

Geomat TDM-EXTRAMAT

The three-dimensional structure of a geomat prevents vegetable soil creep along a slope and fixes the roots of plants growing out, which is the most important during formation of root systems.


 

Geomat TDCGM-EXTRAMAT

Composite mats TDCGM are mats TDM having an additional structural element – geogrid made of polymer yarns and rovings. Mats of the TDCGM type are intended for use as a reinforcing element on high slopes subject to soil slip.


 

 

Geomat TDDGM-EXTRAMAT

Three-dimensional mats of the TDDGM type are intended for reinforcement of drainage constructions and waterways. They may be used in building of industrial and domestic waste disposal sites being the lower layer as drainage and in constructions of safety screens on the surface.
